Rebate Processing Center Moved data from AZ to MN and claimed items, which were included, were missing, claim filed 10-1-06 still unpaid as is claim of 12-24-06 White Bear Lake Minnesota

On 4-30-07 received one payment for $75.00, the second initial rebate payment. On 5-2-07 received two checks for $95.00 each, the two second rebate payments. I am done with them, paid in full. This has put me off any mial in rebates! The price is the price and rebates do not count.

Here is the information I have received from the rebate department in regard to this customer's rebates:

1) 1 $75 rebate is being expedited and the denials have been overridden and the customer will receive the check in 15 business days
2) 1 $75 rebate has been approved and will be sent shortly from our rebate processing center
3) 2 $95 rebates are still validating with the rebate processing center and will be sent soon. (I cannot override these rebates until they have finished validating)

After quickly answered email to Cellphoneshop.com customer service I learned that they and TMI Wireless were not the same company, even though accessed at same address on web. They supplied email address to dhung@tmiwireless.com who promptly answered copy of the email that he would try to intervene with InPhonic on my behalf. We will see what happens.
