Sleepy's Sleepy's yet again sold me a defective mattress Levittown, Internet

About 2 months ago my mom went to Sleepy's to get a new matress. She was hesitant because the last one she got from them broke within a few months and they refused to replace it even though it was an extremely expensive one. The man at the store was very nice and showed us one she really liked. When it got to our house it felt nothing like the one at the store. We went back to check and even though they were the same ones they felt nothing alike. Thinking it must of been a defect they reluctantly replaced it with the same model with the help of a very nice woman. Still, it felt nothing like the one in the store. So we decided to choose a more expensive one. Already the mattress is not comfortable, it is making horrible noise, and the side is sticking out. An inspector came then sleepy's called and said they would not replace it. They said it was normal wear and tear from people sitting on the side of the bed. Which is funny considering my mother is single and sleeps on the other side of the bed NEVER on the side that is sticking out. I think they must be selling either used or damaged mattresses. They never feel like the ones at the store, even after you "break it in" like they say you need to. So now again my mom is out over $1000. She is not sleeping well and is in constant pain from trying to sleep on it. Sleepy's should be ashamed to rip people off like this.
