Sleepy's Systematically Consumer Fraud Ramsey, New Jersey

The company was horrible. The place used to be Rockway Mattress or something. People were very friendly and helpful. However, good company went out of business and bad one became stronger.

This place became Sleepy's. Just google Sleepy's scam, you will find hundreds of complains on Internet, and Attorney General offices in several different states have sued them. My experience was nothing different from theirs.

Anyway, they delivered a poor condition mastress totally different from the one I ordered. And the nightmare began. It took me nearly half a year to have it finally settled.

Originally, I thought I just met a bad sales man, and then I realized that the whole company was doing such scam systematically. One thing I do not understand is, why the Attorney General always settled with them for a small amount. Bad business should be punished to protect consumer. 

I strongly suggest people contact BBB or attorney general directly.
