Sleepy's- The Mattress Professionals Doing It Wrong I'll Be Taking These Mattress Frauds to COURT-Lousy Mattress Scam Warranty Staten Island New York

I had an exhausting time exchanging a faulty mattress I bought at Sleepy's 3 years ago. With the pro-rated exchange it cost me an additional $700 for a Full Size Simmons Beautyrest Mattress. The total amount of money I wasted at SLeepy's is nearly $1200.

This Beautyrest mattress despite rotation, developed a huge sink hole in the mattress and you can also feel the so called covered springs. I haven't slept in months. Knowing that Sleepy's is less than honest from my previous dealings, I called Simmons Corporation to report on this inferior piece of $1200 garbage. Simmons would only allow me to discuss this problem with Sleepy's.

Here is what Sleepy's did for me: Attempted to sell me a new bedframe for this piece of crap! They will send over an inspector now that I got rough with them. Having contacted the Better Business Bureau and the NYS Attorney General's Office on them - I am hoping for a resolution that doesn't keep me indebted to this miserable company for the rest of my life.

Stay away from Sleepy's. They are obviously contracting for inferior products from major mattress company's and even Simmons won't stand by their crap. Talk to Sleepy's is what I heard.

Major department stores stick buy the mattresses they sell. NOT SLEEPY's. This will go to SMall Claims Court should I be awake enough to file the claim!
