stoneberry they are still billing me for a account thats paid in full and also trying to bill me for a product that was returned and credited to my account. their system also created two accounts for me that i had no knowledge of and they are trying to charge me late fees for a error created by their system chippoewa wisconsin

i am being billed for and account that is paid in full and being billed for a pair of defective shoes that were returned and was credited back to my account. also their system created two accounts for me out of error inwhich they are trying to charge me late fees for. my original account was paid in full in june of 2013 and the shoes were returned and credited so i owe them nothing. i tried to settle this matter last august and offer to pay the shipping for  the returned product even though a service rep said i didnt have just to settle the matter but they declined. they are billing on fraudulent charges for a paid in full account.
