Straight Talk Straight Talk Unreputable, refuses to fix mistake, greedy, uncaring company internet

 My StraightTalk phone went haywire (stopped working) and still being under warranty, I sent it in for a replacement phone and new card since I had just put a new unlimited card on it) , per their detailed instructions. Well, I waited and waited for it to arrive.....a week after its due date, Ifound out that it was delivered to the wrong address! The address it was delivered to was an unoccupied trailer with a "for rent" sign on it!!! And from there it was stolen, activated, and the thief was using it in my name, with my phone number! I immediately informed StraighTalk about this and they said its not their problem, and that I would need to take it up with FedEx. FedEx insists that StraightTalk gave them the wrong addy and it has nothing to do with them, and Iwould need to take it up with them. Well, it took StraightTalk over a week to finally disconnect the stolen phone so that whoever was using it would not be able to anymore. From there, they continued to say it wasn't their fault and Iwouldnt be getting a new replacement since they already sent me the one that was delivered to the wrong address and subsequently stolen. I went back and forth with both ST and FedEX on this matter....its been over a month and all they are doing is STILL blaming each other. And I am still without my nearly $300 phone and $45 card. We are a poverty-level family and Ihave been a loyal straighttalk customer for 2 yrs now. And THIS is how they treat their loyal customers...the "little people" that keep their company alive. To say that I'm disappointed and disgusted would be the understatement of the year. I've never, in all my life, dealt with such disreputable, uncaring, blaming, greedy companies .....Istill cannot even hardly believe the whole situation.
