After 18+ years with Verizon we had to make a payment arrangement with them.  After we paid the initial payment, we called back and asked to ammend the arrangement, the rep agreed and we made another payment.  The following week we called again to make a new arrangement and the rep again agreed.  The following week we called (all previous reps told us just call again next week as long as you make a payment when you call there won' be a problem)  this rep told us we could not make a new arrangement and we need to pay almost all of the balance.  We asked for a Supervisor and we were told they would call back.  The Supervisor called back and stated the same need to make a large payment and would not authorize a new arrangement.

I then called the President's office in New York and spoke with Mrs Garcia, she informed me we would receive a call from an executive to resolve our situation.

 

After 3 weeks our service was interrupted.  I called back and spoke with Mrs Garcia, she read the notes to me... The "executive" that she was going to have call me was the same supervisor I spoke to in the ocal payment center and all that supervisor did was renote the account.  I discussed this with Mrs Garcia once again explaining we want to pay, but cant pay the amount they want.  Mrs Garcia informed me that even the President cannot override the payment arrangement people.  I asked to speak with the President directly (I knew that would'nt happen) she told me she is the go laison for the executive office and other departments.  I told her I wanted the Prsident to tell me why I should stay with Verizon and not go with Xfinity. Mrs Garcia told me doesnt concern himself with these type of situations.

After 18 years as a customer Verizon, they just dont care and that comes from the Executive Office.

 Based on your reply you must be a SCUMBAG EMPLOYEE of Verizon or the typical low life no life person that surfs the web all day looking for issues to reply to. Either way go F*** yourself and learn how to spell and if your not a deadbeat, buy a life dirtbag!  My guess is your probably sitting home all day collecting goverment assistance and have all the correct answers with a 10th grade education and a fake disability or I am wrong and you are a Verizon Scumbag. Regardless Mind your own business unless of course you are one of the dirtbags I mention in my report.

 It REALLY doesnt matter that you have been a customer for 18+ years. Thats the PAST. They can only deal with the hear and now. NOW you have a VERY large bill. So after ATLEAST FOUR MONTHS they say "Sorry No more exstentions" and then 3 weeks later they shut off your phones. At what point would YOU consider shutting of a phone? I mean YOU personally. HOW much MORE money would YOU allow a customer to carry as a negative balance?

YOU are expecting them to do something for YOU because YOU have been a customer for so many years. Well THEY CANNOT DO THIS!!! It IS a business and OBVIOUSLY you have missed more then a couple of payments. Whatever the situation in YOUR life that caused this is NONE of Verizons business. It IS NOT thier place to care about YOUR personal issues. Thier job is to provide a service and collect on the service they provide. To either ask OR expect them to do ANYTHING else above and beyond that only goes to show YOUR self-entitlment issues.

What this boils down to and what YOU refuse to admit is this......THEY CUT OFF YOUR SERVICE BECAUSE YOU DID NOT PAY YOUR BILL!!!!!! YOU are deflecting this issue off on them but it will not change this one simple fact. Youre a deadbeat and they will NOT just allow you to continue to "float" your negative balance. YOU did this to yourself. PLEASE go with some other carrier. Atleast with a new carrier they are not "hip" to your scam.

YOU are acting like a petulant and spoiled child. All because YOU got caught being a DEADBEAT!!! There is NO RIPOFF HERE BY VERIZON. BY THE POSTERS OWN WORDS THEY GAVE THEM MORE THEN ENOUGH TIME TO PAY OFF THEIR PAST DUE AMOUNT. AFTER FOUR ATTEMPTS VERIZON CUTS OFF THEIR SERVICE.

Grow the hell up you CHILD!!!!! YOU have to live with the world. It doesnt have to live with YOU. YOU could drop off the face of the earth and only the bugs on your body would give a d**n. YOU are NOT so important that YOU get a pass on life. PAY YOUR BILLS ONTIME AND THEY WONT CUT OFF YOUR SERVICE!!!!

Thats all this boils down to. A deadbeat WHINING that they are suffering from the products of either their own actions or stupidity. And NOTHING more.
