westlake financial they say i owe for a car that was reposessed and has already been resold and wrecked and sold agin los angeles, California

 westlake financed a used car for me from g and g auto,after the second week the engine blew up.
i had it towed backto the car lot for repairs, the company wanted to charge me for the engine so i called westlake and told them where they could find the car.  i told them i could not afford the car,westlake said because of the term of ownership i would not be liable for the loan,since i used $1500.00 ofmy own money,
this was in 2003, in 2007 i started getting bills claiming i owed them. the car was resold, i know this because i lived across the street from the car lot.  about 2 months later i saw the car get towed into the car lot it had been wrecked.i called westlake and tried explaining the events and all i got was some really rude and threatening people that wouldnt even listen ,they just wanted money.
 
some time went by and the threatening calls and letters stopped.here it is 2013 and i started getting the threatening calls and letters again, now they are asking for my bank information for automatic payments, credit card numbers, they even are asking for my income tax as a settlement fee.

 im disabled now and i get a fixed income that barely covers living expenses, so i tried once more to call and explain my situation, now they are saying i have to pay or they will have the money taken from my disability check.im tired of being harassed and strong armed
