If you have a secondary credit card processor or especially this company as a primary credit card processor, beware. When they overcharged me, they did not discuss the dispute but placed their small business cost of $198 as a collections action against my personal credit.

Kristen is a horrible representative unless they have a Nurse Ratched culture, then she fits their company profile. They squeezed $598 out of me for zero services rendered. My credit card rep forgot to cancel the account when I sold my business. Keep an eye out for this company; you don't want them as a partner in your restaurant or retail business. In Kristen's own words, "I don't care" if no services were rendered, they're in business just to collect.
