Four Seasons Nursery. I want the Four Seasons Nursery to remind me of all the plants that died. I have proof of my order. When I spoke to the page I inquired should I mail them back. This nursey is scamming people right and left. Bloomington Illinois

I received a catalog and gave them over $73.86 in business for 4 thug arborvitaes $22.59 one dead, one orange butterfly bush $4.49 one yellow butterfly bush $4.49, on dwarf Josie lilac bush $8.99, and two thornless pink climbing Roses $ 33.67. I called and told them half of my order was dead and to cancel the Thornless pink climbing roses since more than half my order was dead. The same day 6/30/2020 I called to complain and they said they would cancel my two pink thornless climbing roses and mail me a check.

It's been over 90 days and no check. No compensation for mailing me dead plants. These people are ripping unknow consumers off right and left. The Magazine shows suck beautiful pictures but it's far from what you're getting. They are seedings and dead at that. I have 3 arborvitaes alive out of the entire shipment. On 7/2/2020 Ii spoke to page and she said my refund was on the way. I just called today 9/18/2020 and spoke to Lisa and she said, that I had to put it in writing within 10 days. I was never told that. She also said, she won't have a fax or an email. I did get the phone number and she was was extremely nasty.

She wouldn't give me her last name. They sent me dead plants and promised me on 7/2.2020 they would refund me for the roses that were back ordered the girls name was page. I paid #73.86 and I have 3 arborvitae alive all the other plants died. I just called today and spoke to Lisa and she said i had to put it in writing 10 after their was a problem, I was never told that and that is a scam. She also told me they had no fax or email. I found the email myself. SHe was extremely rude and said there's nothing she can do for me.I need to listen and should have contacted them back in July. I called them many times no answer. On 7/2/ I got through and on 9/18/2020 i got through.
