This Complaint was not GUARANTEED SATISFACTION as required from both Party .Order item Dress did not Fit or look like advertised picture. Buyer Email service@tbdress.com request for Refund and USPS Return Order Paid Shipment Label to attach to package no response.USPS Return Order Shipment Label Cost buyer $5.75 Seller receive Return of the new tag ldress no damage on 9-29-20 Complete.Buyer File Complaints bank Netspend Dispute dept.

for Refunds at their email disputedocuments@netspend.com that TB Dress.com Fail to Refund Buyer Order item did not Fit was a USPS RETURN Tracking no.9500-1111-4427-0273-2362-51 date 9-29-2020 .Refund Total $35.75 plus USPS Return Shipment Fee $5.75= Total Refund $41.50.Customer waited months to hear from them both party. Both Party Fail to follow the  required Internet Website Retail Sales Buy Return Refund Exchange  Law Policy is a Violations.Customer receive on Oct 28.20 Netspend Dispute Update Letter denied full Refund no legit reason why in it but was given claim claim no.36704457335.claim date 9-5-20.claim number 6339597 claim amount $35.75  claim investigation found no error denial of refunds policy.Customer have any Question contact main office Austin TX.Customer call Netspend Customer Service line 866-387-7363 request for Appeal for Refunds Representative unclear english Unable understand their name claim he could send by mail Appeal Form in 10 fill out  was a LIE it did not exist.

Customer call back customer service was told could contact dispute dept while on the phone to file Appeal in 2 days they would call me to proceed was another LIE never has never been done by dispute dept at Netspend Dispute dept.Customer email Netspend and TBDress.com Evidence from tbdress Customer Service to the Customer-Buyer TB Dress LLC there Refunds calculation Confirmation to issue buyer Total Refunds once USPS Return NEW TAG DRESS was done completed READ

It is always quite humorous when people start posting laws or regulations that don't actually exist.  I do have to admit that the "Internet Website Retail Sales Buy Return Refund Exchange Law Policy" perhaps wins the wordiest law that doesn't exist award. Did you just pull some random words together until it sounded official enough?

The fact is that there is no requirement that any retailer(Internet or otherwise) accept returns or exchanges. But they do have to follow their written policy.  If you can show that this company violated their WRITTEN policy then you may have a valid complaint against the company. Nothing you have posted here shows Netspend did anything against their policy.
