This is my second attempt to get this resolved before following through with criminal charges. Carmen the manager of the cherry hill store ripped off my elderly mother and then threatened me when I confronted him about it.  By saying he has my address,  which is actually my mom's address.   

Not only did he verbal guarantee he could fix the car and make it in "running condition" but he took my mom's last dollar and the car didn't make it 2 miles from the shop.  No test drive was done or no other security checks before giving the car back to my mom.  When I later called him out on it he kept calling me a liar and continued to verbally threatened me safety.  

I'm not sure where you find your management but this guy is a thug and I will continue to do everything in my power to get this resolved or make Carmen (the store manager) To be hold accountable for typing off the elderly. P
