I went in for a simple oil change. Driving home I hear a vibration coming from the bottom of the car. I pulled over and looked under the car and see that the skid plate was not placed properly and was ready to fly off. I quickly went back, and the advisor assured me that they will make this right and order the parts and put in a temporary fix with zip ties. It has been 5 days now and every time I call, they tell me they will order the parts. What's really scary is that they knew they took the plate off improperly, yet they let drive off anyway hoping I would not notice. This could have been a very dangerous situation for me and others around me. Scary to think about my wife driving down the highway with my kids and the plate flying off and hitting another car. Yet they still refuse to make it right!!
