Do not stay at this hotel, if you forget something, you might as well kiss it good-bye. they only hold property for two weeks (i was never told that to begin with, and want you to travel back to the hotel to retrieve it.   Now they actually threw out a laptop hard drive of mine with a lot of personal data on it (in addition to an adapter case and usb cable) without telling me that, or offering to mail it to me).

I would have gladly sent them a notarized copy of my id if they had offered to pay for shipping it, or i would have paid for the shipping if they allowed me to pay for that. Housekeeping doesn't speak a word of english, either. Choice hotels, their parent company, didn't help me resolve this, either.

PRICELINE deceptive business practices I called a hotel directly to book a room. They suggested that I go online and use Priceline or other in order to get a better rate. They did not mention that if I did so I could then not cancel. When booking with Priceline there was no noticeable indication of this either until AFTER I booked and they had my money. I NEVER would have used them had I realized this as my life is crazy and I often have to change things due to changing obligations. Both the hotel (Quality Inn and Suites) are deceptive and uncooperative, only out to make a buck off of unsuspecting consumers. Think twice before using this rotten company. norwalk ct
