I have a 2-10 Home Warranty on my home and have called on 2 occasions to have things corrected, both plumbing issues, this last time it was a health hazard, both toilets were backing up into the bathtubs in my home and I have yet to receive a phone call back even though it was emergency status. The customer service is horrendous and they do not do what they say they will.
