I know, I know, those prices online look great. Almost too good to be true. It seems my Grandfather used to have a saying about that -- "If it seems to good . . ." Oh well, I can't remember the end of the saying.

So here is the scoop. They will put cars on their website and unbelievably great prices and tell you they still have them. They will encourage you to drive on in (from hours away) or even to go ahead and buy your plane ticket if you are coming from out of town (like they did with me). They will assure you the car is in stock and they will hold it until you arrive. Once you arrive, they will treat you like your stupid, tell you they never said they would hold the car, and inform you that the car must have "just sold."

Next, they will try to upsell you to a similar car for many thousands more. In addition, expect some stiff fees: $599 prep, $299 doc fee, $2,500 outside loan fee and the list goes on. If you use their financing rates will be between 15-25%! If you want to pay cash for the vehicle, you guessed it yet another fee.

I generally do not trust car dealers, but this place makes the other slimy car lots look like saints. Steer Clear!
