I found a few cars by shopping on cars.com. I compared and did my homework with some of the closest dealer. I visited some of the competitors of 21st Century and found that the quality of 750Li was not there for a great price. I sat with a few BMW dealers and the prices was outrageous. I came across the reviews of 21st Century Auto Group and was skeptical about visiting the deal. I spoke to someone apart of the Management team and he assured me that the vehicle was available and that they have changed the whole sales and management team to better suit their business and to clean their image. I set up an appointment but did not show because I was not willing to waste time and gas just to be disappointed. The internet manager called me to reschedule an appointment and told me the current vehicle I was interested was sold. He offered me a newer BMW for a higher price ($2,500 more) but  the vehicle had lesser miles, a premium package and was still under the factory warranty. It sounded to good to be true. I set a date and time but I did not show. The next day he called me and went to the dealership. I WAS AMAZED!!! I did not expect the reviews to be wrong. THE CAR WAS REALLY THERE. I love my 750Li and Happy that I did not listen to the negative reviews. I hope that they continue to improve their customer service so that everyone can experience buying from them. By the way, their selection of vehicles is amazing.

A positive experience

I'm not sure if this will help but I had a very good experience with this dealership and I just wanted to share it. Moving from Florida to New Jersey, I visited different places and this one made all the difference for my husband and I.

As much as car shopping can be fun, it can also be quite the nightmare! We recently moved to New Jersey from Florida and we wanted to purchase a family car to get around in. I have always been a sunshine state girl, born and raised so the big move was stressing on its own. My husband's job gave him a better oppurtunity and we took it.  When we first began to look for cars, we basically drove around to different dealerships, looked at different cars and depending on what we saw, we kept note of it and moved onto the next place.

By the time we reached 21 Century Auto, I felt like a pro dealing with ambitious and pushy cars salesman. My experiences with car dealerships wasnt the most pleasent. Most of them were pushy, and always tried to sell you something more expensive or "current" when you expressed an interest in something else.  Both my husband and I went to this dealership together.  A salesman approached us right away and offered his services. We walked around the dealership and the lot and looked at all kinds of different options. We took our time, didnt feel rushed and the sales associate seemed patient. He gave us his opinion when we asked and when we didint, he stayed quiet and gave us our space. My husband really liked an SUV, but being 5' 2...It did'nt really fit my desires of a vehicle, I preffered a car. I liked a 2007 Infiniti Coupe. Aaron our salesman, offered us to test drive it and afterwards, my husband agreed that this was the type of car we could both enjoy and use and the price was pretty good too.

While filling out the paperwork, Aaron guided us with each step and helped us set up all the financial details. He was great! We were both very pleased with his customer service and even filled out a customer survey to show our appreciation we figured we would take it a step further and share our experience with people also looking to purchase. About three weeks after purchasing the car, the plates arrived. We met up with Aaron and again, he bothered to ask us how everything was, this was definatley the right way to go and as New New Jersians...we reccomend this dealership to anyone looking to make the right move with the right guys! - thank you Aaron!
