the same thing has happened to me i sent a xbox to them it could not be repair'd and pay's extra for a refurb unit and it has not came they tell me as soon as one is avalible i will be sent one.........it is working on a year now since i have sent off the unit......thay are a ripp off......the number that i got off this website that is the "owner"is not in servise along with the servise numbers i have had from before and no website to track or get any info on my account .......i have been ripp't off for sure.if their is help that would be great i am just a carpenter and a family man every dime helps and to be ripp't of like this makes me a bit angry.....thank you for your time to who ever reads this and have a nice day.
