360 Pros Ripped off and Pissed off. Long Island City New York

My Xbox 360 had the red ring of death, did not have the funds for a new one.  Wow, great idea i will have it 

repaired!   360 Pros had a great website, all i have to do is send it to them with no shipping cost and they

will tell me whats wrong

Shipped my 360 to them they emailed me with a list of upgrades to fix my console, I had a year warranty.

It was a no brainer, what could go wrong!  Paid my 120.00 and they shipped it back.  I was so smart I

even went out a brought a bigger TV with my savings.  I was way ahead of this game!

I played exactly 1 week, red ring of death.  Thats OK i have a warranty.  called got a return shipping label

mailed her back.  They were so quick the first time after a week of no calls or emails things did not

look good.  I called to ask what up?  They did not understand but my system was being returned to me

not even opened, some mix up with the UPS people.

It was not the UPS people it was the screwed up, scam artist from 360 pros that DID NOT pay their

UPS bill and the xbox was sent back to me with the description SERVICE DISRUPTION OCCURRRED!

I was confused I asked my UPS guy what does that mean?  They had their UPS Labels REVOKED.

Not good news, very, very bad news.  Great my good idea just turned into a bad idea.  They took my money

did not repair my xbox.  Ok Im in for a penny  im in for a pound.  They are not getting away with this

that easy.  Called and spoke with someone she was going to send another shipping label, this was a week

ago. called the phone number and the offices were closed. OH joy! sent and email 4 days ago, no response,

OH JOY!  called the phone number it is diconnected.  NO KIDDING!  This is the biggest RIPOFF I have experienced in quite a while.  

I sit with a new TV, no XBOX, minus 120.00 and a feeling of EXTREME Stupidity.  Help! 

DO NOT do business with 360 pros.
