HI EVERY ONE, IT HAS BEEN A WHILE, I AM GOING TO TELL YOU A BIT ABOUT THE "REVERSE MORTGAGE BY AAG, HENRY WINKLER AND ALL OF THE OTHER COMPANIES OFFERING A REVERSE MROTGAGE. FIRST THEY USE THE "TAX FREE" EQUITY IN YOUR HOME AS THEY DIRECTLY STATE IS TAX FREE! "IT IS NOT TAX FREE"!
WHEN ONE PAYS THEIR MONTHLY MORTGAGE YOUR PAY CHECT IS "TAXED" AND BUILDS EQUITY IN YOUR HOME, RIGHT? SO YOU USE THAT TAXED PAY CHECK TO PAY YOUR MONTHLY MORTGAGE. THUS THE MONEY IN A REVERSE MORTGAGE THAT THEY CALL TAX FREE IS A DOWN RIGHT "LIE" !
ALSO, WHEN THE EQUITY IS EATEN UP IN YOUR HOME, WHO GETS THE HOME? THESE COMPANIES GET YOUR HOME, YOU CNA NO LONGER PASS IT ON TO YOUR CHILDREN OR LOVED ONES. THIS "REVERSE MORTGAGE IS A TOTAL SCAM TO PUT YOUR HOME INTO THE HANDS OF THE THESE COMPANIES.
ANY WAY YOU LOOK AT IT, THE EQUITY THESE COMPANIES TAKE FROM YOUR HOME IS NOT TAX FREE, THAY TAKE YOUR HOME IN THE END AND THERE IS MUCH MORE. I WILL ADDRESS THIS SUBJECT SOON. THESE ARE BIG FAT LIERS! THEY ARE SCAVENGERS AND GET YOUR HOME IN THE END.
TRY AND GET THIS REVERSE MORTGAGE IF YOU HAVE NO TO LITTLE EQUITY IN YOUR HOME. IT WILL NOT HAPPEN! THEY ARE FINANCIAL THEIVES, NO GOOD, RPEYING ON THE ELDERLY AND JUS DOWN RIGHT DIRTY.
EMAIL ME IF YOU LIKE BUT THE ABOVE IS TRUE AND CANNOT BE DEFENDED BY THESE REVERSE MORTAGE, HENRY WINKLER, AAG WITH THE MOUTH PIECE EX-SENITOT, LIERS BEING PAIR BIG BUCKS TO RUN THIS "SCAM"! HERE IN WISCON WE USED TO LOOK UP TO THE FONZE, NOW HE IS IN THE LAP OF THIEVES.

I stumbled upon this "report" while researching AAG and their reverse mortgage offering. I find it hard to take someone seriously when they don't even take the time to proof read their submission. The one reported has SEVERAL obvious spelling errors. Easily found if time were taken to do even a brief read before submitting.
Would you take me seriously if I wrote chect vs check? How about cna instead of can? Or rpeying vs, and this took some thought, preying. Those are just the ones I found on the first reed....I mean read :)
Think what you might but perhaps further research would be beneficial.

Sir,
Unfortunately shouting does not make up for your obvious lack of understanding about how the reverse mortgage works. Just about every statement you make is factually incorrect. I suggest you talk to someone who has used the government program to his/her advantage. You then might have a different outlook. The program has changed the lives of hundreds of thousands of seniors who are trying to stay in their homes.
