I've complained to this company about money taken out of my account too many times, they would put the money back in my account but still allows the merchant to go back into my account and take money again. It's been almost two weeks since I've heard from them. All of a sudden they're super busy and I can never get through to them. I sent supporting documents to them by email, I'm still waiting.
