This warranty company allows the hvac servicer to charge a $100 disposal fee for the ac coil after the refrigerant has already been recovered. The contractors do not charge this disposal fee for cash customers.

American Home Sheild We've been a customer for 12 months and having had a water heater tank failure, we were told that there would be between 800.00 and 900.00 dollars out of pocket expenses due. Seem the plumber who showed up to diagnose the problem failed to mention all the things that would have to be brought up to code. I , the homeowner had diagnosed the problem. My water heater had a tank failure and I had already begun to drain the tank for removal. Memphis Tennessee

American Home Sheild Sounds like a great idea....DON'T do it. They will be so nice, until you have a claim! Royal Air Condition and heating Royal Air Condition and heating was contracted by American Home Sheild to fix my air condition, instead they told me I needed a new unit,they gave me a check list of everything completed, but they did not put in all new parts or duct work. the manager said he would come out and speak with me, he never came althought they came back and put in the missing duct work. a week later.the plumber saw that they had checked off all work completed which was false. they are the worst company to do business with. the manager is rude and unprofessional.
