American Home Sheild Sounds like a great idea....DON'T do it. They will be so nice, until you have a claim! Then good luck and when you call to cancel your warenty, they will say they will help but you never get a response back because they get another month fee out of you! Memphis Nationwide Tennessee

Home warentee! What a great idea! Don't do it! They promise things to be covered or replaced if needed, but it never happens. Luckily it only took me 2 months of paying the fee to figure this out. Our water heater went out. I did what I was supposed to do according to the contract and when the repair man came they said he didn't have the proper license. I guess he needed to be a plumber. I called to cancel my membership, and a nice lady said, before you cancel, let me see if I can help you get this covered. (I had coverage for water heater) I emaild her and left her messages and never heard back from her. In the meanwhile I paid another month of membership! Don't do it!
