American Home Sheild AHS American Home Shield does not honor their policy Memphis Tennessee

Renewed my policy November 2017 with AHS.  I have paid them monthly payments since November 2016.  When I renewed my policy last November, I specifically asked them to add my well pump and system to my policy, in which they did, and this March my pump went completely out.  They sent a contractor out to replace the pump, but after the work was done and they took my $109 deductible, they informed me that they would only pay for labor, because the pump had roots that had grown in it???  This was not a labor only policy....I was told everything would be taken care of minus my deductible.  If they've found a loophole to get out of paying my claim, they will on yours too....Scam Artistist!!!
