American Residential Warranty Refuse to honor contract Nationwide

Have had a contract with this company for years.  For years they billed my credit card for the annual contract.  The contract expired because the credit card expired. Never heard a word from them.  I called to file a claim, they tell me now that the contract doesn't exist and that I would have wait 1 month for service.  Years I am with them and there is a communication issue and they won't honor YEARS (10 + ) of customer loyalty...in the past when I had a claim, I had to fight for every payment they would make towards the claim.  STAY AWAY.  They are only about collected premiums.  Shame on them.
