American Standard LET'S SEE!!! I gave American Standard authorization to my account in the amount of 199.00 to be taken on 8/14/2014. On 8/15/2014 they took AN UNAUTHORIZED 199.00 out of the checking account. After REPEATED calls talking to all the agents in which I have EVERYTHING documented, speaking to the manager "DOUG" saying my money has to go through a merchant company and has to be verified through the billing department that it was taken twice and will be refunded. Asked Doug and other agents to talk to the billing department and they stated The billing department doesn't handle customer calls, I told them they better go tell the billing department to refund my 199.00 NOW, and that it was UNPROFESSIONAL they would not let me talk to anyone about this matter.

After calling every day the 199.00 was finally but in the account on 8/25/14- causing the time in between hard because of the money loss. I had sent out letters like they had stated, about 20-25 different homes in the areas which I have all DOCUMENTED, I received a Return To Sender from a home that was just sent to me by American Standard in a recent Criteria Search in which I have SAVED also on my computer. I have every question I have ever asked them written down along with their responses.

NOVEMBER 12, 2014 will be the day my 90 DAYS are up. I do not have 5 denial letters as it states in the TERMS AND AGREEMENTS because of my return to sender, I personally do not think there are anyone to contact and all of my problems with the unauthorized transaction of my money, NOT letting me talk to anyone about my money and waiting so long to have it put back in the account.

I WANT MY 199.00 INITIAL MONEY REFUNDED, AS I SAID I DO NOT HAVE 5 "DENIAL" LETTERS BUT I HAVE MANY GOOD REASONS WHY I AM A VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!! Montecito California
