Apple Apple Store Chadstone Shopping Center Melbourne Victoria

So I had an absolutely shocking experience  with the Apple Store in Chadstone, Victoria, Australia. Took my Laptop in for some cosmetic reasons (replace screws in the bottom panel) and they took the liberty of going through my personal photos, despite the fact that they advised me that there was "no reason whatsoever" that they needed to access my computer. The idiot that did it accidentally forgot to delete a copy of a photo that they copied to my desktop (nothing other than a picture of a friend of mine in a bikini). Dirty perverts. Vic Police tried to process it as a criminal crime but as Apple makes you give them your password when you leave your computers with them it is not technically "stealing". The Store didn't want to admit any liability/say sorry or anything, just told me that I can be "assured" none of my personal information had been stolen. Bulls***. Just be warned people that if you leave your stuff there some little p**** out the back is going through everything personal that you have. I NEED Justice for my case! I'm very upset with Apple and VIC police.
