ASC - AMERICA'S SERVICING COMPANY RIPOFF....FORCLOSURE AFTER RECEIVING PAYMENTS PER AGREEMENT FREDERICK Maryland

My Mortgage was sold to ASC after dealing with CHASE effective AUGUST 1, 2005. 10/01/05 an agreement was sent to me from ASC (AMERICA'S SERVICING COMPANY Located AT PO BOX 10328, DES MOINES, IOWA 50306-0328, OR ANOTHER ADDRESS LISTED FOR THEM WAS PO BOX 37297, BALTIMORE, MD 21297) stating new payments due to falling behind in payments would start. The letter was signed by the ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT OF ASC (Robert Pellicot), and stated where to send my payments too. I sent my payments by WESTERN UNION to ASC. And on 12/01/05 I got a FORECLOSER letter in the mail from an attorney's office stating my house would be sold 01/03/06 on the courthouse steps if full payment was not received. However I made my payments as agreed in the 10/05/05 LETTER.

HOW COULD MY HOUSE HAVE GONE INTO FORECLOSURE IF I WAS LIVING UP TO THE AGREEMENT THAT THEY SENT TO ME?
WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY STATED THEY WANTED OVER $8500.00, YET ON MY CREDIT REPORT IT DOESN'T SHOW ME THAT MUCH BEHIND ON MY HOUSE.

After finding this website, I began to freak out. I really think I have been lied to and my house has been stolen right out from under me. I wish I had found this site months ago.

My house has not sold as of yet (01-06-06), but I fear that any day I will be evicted from my home which I was paying for. Someone has to stop this company from taking homes from those who are trying to work to keep them. It seems that they prey on those who fall on hard times, and use that to there advantage. I read where one employee of this company states "We aren't trying to take your homes from you, and we are willing to work with you, that they never make money on foreclosure" but the truth be known yes I am sure they will work with you FOR THE RIGHT PRICE!!!

The are crooks in my book!!!
