This store checks your credit to approve payment plans and if it doesn't go through they take the full amount without asking.Customer service is horrible they deter you from your purchase if it's in high demand offering other items if you buy from a collection sometimes they'll keep send over 10 dolls with in a few months charging you everytime until the collection is over the prices are very high for the quality.I tried to get the payment plan twice and was rejected and then flagged for having the wrong address for billing and when I checked my card my address was fine so I then used another card to pay in full for the dolls and they asked me to mail a bank statement along with a money order or check. I don't think it's safe for people to send money by mail so I had to have someone else complete my purchases and I'm banned for 2 years for two simple installment attempts and a customer service rep entering my address as 555E instead of 555 E.
