I made the terrible mistake of ordering a doll from this company for my elderly mother.  Keep in mind it was only supposed to be one doll.  The company has charged me for two other dolls and sent these additional unwanted dolls to my 85 year old mother.  My mother is then forced to go to the post office to return these unwanted dolls.

 

I have called the company on two occassions requesting that they stop sending additional dolls.  Now they are not sending dolls, just recurrentlly charging my credit card $35 dollars a month.  I called again to try and resolve this yesterday.  The customer service rep told me that they are only able to place orders, the dept to refund my money isn't open.  What a suprise!  

 

Do yourself a favor and do not purchase anything from these people.  They are relentless!
