recived the doll i ordered today in the mail could not even believe what i saw when i opened the box. the dolls head looked as if it belonged on a 10 to 12 inch doll not the 17 inch doll body it was on and looked nothing ike the advertising picture on the web site or advertisment
the arms looked and felt as if they where on coat hangers stiff and if you move one the other moves stiffly with it .
i honestly think i could of gone to toys r us and bought a doll for a quarter of the price and got one of much better quality
being as it was what i thought was a reputable company i expected so much more. i can not belive they offer this product with thier name on it
the only thing i do have to say for the company is when i called with my dissapointment they offered a refund and i do not have to pay to have the doll shipped back to them.
