Assurant Solutions Ripping me off!

Assurant Solutions After 4 years of charging me $12 a month for insurance against loss,theft or accidental damage to my cellphone. I filed a claim and was told I would need to pay a $200 deductable to replace the phone even though you can buy the same phone on ebay for about $70. To make matters worse,during the claim theyvdiscovered that they had entered an invalid address for my account and because it wasnt the same as where ive lived for the last 5 years!......they could no longer file the claim unless it was sent to a review board. This process I was told would take about a week. (Starting to get the picture?) Because it was 2 days before Christmas the claim probably wouldnt be filed untill after the holiday! For a huge company that handles several cell companies,you would expect a company that a) wouldnt try to make money off you twice by charging you for service and then basically selling you another phone because it certainly wasnt replaced!

B) Would have a system in place to fix mistakes made in their accounting system that doesnt take weeks! And finally C) actually care about their customers !
