The OEMs (in my case Whirlpool, aka cesspool)need to take a good chunk of this beat down because they have aligned themselves with a company lacking in  professionalism.  Their tactics are to exhaust you so that you dump the product into the landfill and go buy another one. a*s lack an adequate number of repair people to respond (over a week for a refrigerate call), or a process for exculpating an issue even though it was their mistake. The big offender is the OEMs themselves who use these companies to hedge profits against poor quality. Say "no" to Whrlpool and Assurant Solutions.
