I bought a new cell phone and received an offer from Assurant Solutions of $45. for my T Mobile HTC My Touch 4g (less than a year old).  I sent it in and waited - then I began two years of calls in which they promjised to look into it.  Then, last week, they actually called me back to tell me that the offer had expired, even though I had consistently told them it never arrived.

A complete ripoff !  Avoid this company!
