After 14 years with att they offer abuse and deceit to ‘show their appreciation’

LIED about selling IPhone X for $550. to stay. This was offered by Gerald who works for att.

LIED about switching to new plan based upon purchase of iPhone X at $550.

Took 2 and 1/2 hours to get nothing done but switch out from my old plan to the one att was pushing.

My goal of getting the X was scuttled..

Opened case that supposedly has a resolution date of 8/10.

Sneaky under handed liars. att will be in my rear view mirror
