B & H Photo Video Do Not Buy From This Company New York New York

I purchased a Numark Mix Deck Case w/ Glider.  Since the product was on back order for approximately 4 weeks, I decided to cancel my order, which was not a problem initially.  Then I checked my bank statement and noticed that B & H had deducted money from my account for the product as well as shipped it against my wishes.  This company is clearly a rip-off and do not respect customer's wishes.  They are telling me now that the manufacturer will not accept the product back.  I did not see anywhere where I could not return a product.  Please consumers, let's put this company out of business and let's not use their services.
