Bath Fitter The quality of the work is poor and as far as getting them to service you after installation its been two weeks many phone calls two server techs comeing to look at the installation and still no one has contaced me regarding repair Gulderland New York

I had just a shower wall installed. The wall was previously tiled, and i was having alot of problems with water getting behind the tile. I was told by the sales person, that they would come, put up water resistant Sheetrock, and then install the new walls. There is an additonal expense for them to put up the new sheetrock, which of course i paid in full at time of installation. Sheetrock was in fact NOT fully installed behind the new wall, in fact, about 2" strips, spaced out a foot apart, with adhisive applied to it. On the moring after the installation i called the office to report the fact that the new wall was coming away from the old wall. It has since been two weeks since installation, multible phone calls, two service men coming to examine the walls, and still, the repair has NOT been scheduled. I will NEVER use such a service ever again. I cant not beleive nor accept the unprofessional practices of this company.

Our records show that Lisa did have a problem with the wall we installed for her on 11/5/2004 but by 12/6/2004 her wall was replaced and there have been no further problems.

We stand behind our product and services with a lifetime warranty and have many happy customers. Feel free to check both the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office, we are proud of our record.

Note that each Bath Fitter franchise is independently owned, this is the only complaint against our franchise.
