BBVA COMPASS COMPASS BANK THIEVES HUEYTOWN Alabama

I am so tired of Compass Bank, they are crooks!!!
I have confirmed with several customer service reps that if you go online and transfer money from your savings to checking your money is automatically there. This is obviously NOT the Case!!! I check my balance every morning and before any large transaction that I make. If I am going to make a larger purchase, I will transfer money from my savings to checking to cover the balance. Compass Bank will instead load up on NSF charges because even though I OBVIOUSLY transferred the money beforehand, I cant prove exactly what time it was done so they are saying I made the purchase before transferring the money. How much of an idiot to they really think I am. I obviously have the money in my accounts. They are just stealing money any way they can. I have let this go a few times but I am absolutely not taking this anymore. I have been charged a total of around 600 this month in NSF charges because they have my account so screwed up, every time I transfer money, I will get about 4 or 5 more NSF charges, I check my balance on the phone and if I go to an ATM ; I always check the balance. How is this fair that they are just stealing my money like this???? I AM NOT TAKING THIS AND I WILL GET A LAWYER, I WILL COMPLAIN AND STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING. I can only imagine how many times they have gotten away with this from people and no one says anything because you cant prove it. I cannot believe that a business would treat their customers like this. I have always been a member of a credit union and I have never been treated like this. I had this account open for other reasons but I will transfer all my money back to the credit union where it is safe. YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE AT COMPASS BANK!!!!
