Owered a Toshiba-Qosmio Notebook with Intel Centrino Duo Mobile Technology-G35-AV660 that was only available online at BestBuy.com on 12/31/06 using a debit card. The del date was 1/5/07 to 1/10/07. On the 1/2/07 I recieved an e-mail saying there was a problem, I did at that time. The service rep said it was taken care of and would ship out the next day and I would get an e=mail confirmation.

When it didnt come I contacted them again and they said there was still a problem. I called my bank and the told me that they authorised the purshase on 12/31/06 and that the placed a hold on
the funds.

I was frustrated and went to the santa rosa store for help, they had staff work on it for hours and it still didnt get resolved because they had to call bestbuy.com back and there was no way they could get connected.

It was finally resolved on 1/11/07 with a recieve date of 1/16/07 and even thought it was bestbuy.coms fault they refused to next day the computer and it is due here on 1/16/07.

The store was great, and very frustrated and disappointed that they couldnt get help from Bestbuy.com. I commend the store but I will never use BestBuy.com. The worst service I have ever had to deeal with. It cost me thousands because the transition was not completed on 12/31/06 causing problems with my tax deuctions and my tax bracket.


If I cant buy it in the store I will buy it somewhere else and recomend everyone else to do the same, you will never get online or phone help, I have over 40 hours trying pluss the hours the store tried.
