I ordered some items from them a couple of months back. When I received the package there was no invoice in the box or attached to the package anywhere. A few weeks went by and I began to receive phone calls from individuals from the company leaving nasty messages on my answering service stating that I had an overdue invoice. Well first of all the complete thirty days had not passed that I was told that I had to properly evaluate the product. Then a few weeks later they called and I answered and told them that I didn't receive an invoice and had no clue where to send the money. The person I spoke with didn't believe my story and proceeded to tell me that I could be prosecuted if I didn't pay the bill. By this time a sixty dollar item had gone up to 98.78. A day or so ago I recevied another message they called again and I told them I'd send the money in and the representative all but kept me on the phone to pay it over the phone with my credit card. I told them that I was not comfortable with it and I'd send a check out. I will never order anything else from them so help me God.

In response we mail out our receipts vie USPS and a packing slip is enclosed in the box.
Our collection department does not have access to make calls untill an account is 35 days old.

The dollar amount due for the product is confirmed with the customer prior to shipping through our verification department.
