Caliber Home Loans Foreclosure Fraud Jacksonville Florida

I recommend that no one use Caliber home loans for anything. Caliber would keep sending our mortgage checks back to us, when we called they said they never received them.  We were advised that there was a period they were not accepting personal checks from anyone.  At some point we sent modification documents - twice -which they again said they never received.  When you called the company they would agree to send paperwork again which would never arrive. Caliber refused to send any thing by email.  We ended in front of a Judge due to the foreclosure.  We agreed to pay them a large sum and start electronic payments.  We noticed they did not take out the payment from our bank.  When we called they again started their fraudulent tactics.  Said the bank rejected/declined the payment.  We knew that could not be true.  We called our bank who confirmed the payment was never requested or submitted.  Now they want to add an additional $600+ to a late payment that they never submitted.  God help us.
