Calypso Cay Resort rude, filthy room, no a/c, broken phone, hole in wall, hair all over bathroom, missing or broken bathtub fixtures, clothing left behind not returned. Kissimmee, Florida

We stayed at Calypso Cay resort, for three days two nights. the pictures and advertisements, as well as speaking to them seemed like a great place. First when we asked for towels, we were told we didnt need any, we didnt use the ones in our rooms so we cant have any more towels. then our phones were broke, then we were told to come and get our own blankets, a/c broke and they wouldnt fix it! hole in wall by window, a/c was very dirty, floor stained up and dirt balls against wall and under bed. left clothes upon check out, and when we went back in to get them they were already gone, and they told us they dont have anything in lost and found that is the description of my clothes! It was a total trip from hell! Our first family vacation, and we took my Mother in Law with us: she has brain tumors and wanted to spend all the time with the kids as possible, this could be her last trip and it was like this!! Totally stressed by the whole thing, and now its been a month I have been promised a full refund of the trip! And I am still fighting with them and getting the run around on getting my refund! The total trip was $657.00, just for Orlando. That is the amount of refund I am expecting back, I have voice mail stating this and I have pictures of the room to back me up, also kept all travel e-mails from them.
