Carvinhistory scam buyers for their service by a low fee of $2.95 for a report on a car vin # but, to pay for this service carvinhistory ask for a credit card # for the $2.95. However, in two days my credit card was billed for $29.95 and the billing goes on every first of the month I was charge two months already and unable to stop these a**hole scam artist.
