On Jan 20, 2012 I signed up for one CarFax VIN report for $2.95 and they said nothing about any $29.95 charge. But a $29.95 charge showed up on my credit card statement. On Feb 20, 2012 another $29.95 charge showed up on my credit card statement.  And on my recent statement another $29.95 charge is shown. Please refer to attached statements for January, February and March 2012.

On Tuesday 04/24/2012 I contacted CarFax, phone # 888-613-1485 to dispute these charges. The representative said that he could not help me and instructed me to logon to www.carvinhistory.com to request a refund for 3 x $29.95 $2.95 = $86.90. This link does not provide any instructions on how to request a refund, it refers back to its phone number 888-613-1485.
