CarVinHistory $2.95 trail offer but did not answer phone to cancel. I now have 2 charges for $29.95 on my cedit card and never used the service it did not find the car vin number I requested. Internet

I signed up for a 3 day trail for a Vin Number search for $2.95. The search did not work. I tried to cancel but could not get through on the phone number provide. I got disconnected or waited for 30 minutes on hold with out someone picking up.
Now I have 2 charges to to my credit card for $29.95. I finally got through today to cancel but was told by Andrew no refund.
