WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO IS SHORT SALE UR PROPERTY AS HARD AS IT MAY SEEM I GOT TIRED OF CITI AND TOLD THEM TO F OFF IF THEY WANTED THE RUN AROUND ILL JUST SHORT SALE MY HOUSE AND MAKE THEM LOSE THE MONEY ON THE HOUSE, SO WHAT I DID WAS RIPPED ALL THE GOOD OUT OF THE HOUSE AND REPLACED IT WITH JUNK STUFF, PUT THE HOUSE UP AND HAD TO FIRE 1 REALTOR FOR NOT DOIN HER JOB 4 MONTHS INTO IT, MOVED OUT  AND GOT 9 OFFERS CITI  THOUGHT THEY WAS GONNA SIT ON THE HOUSE AND FORECLOSE ON IT, AS OF RIGHT NOW I HAVE THE RECORD IN ILLINOIS FOR THE FASTEST  SHORTSALE  IN HISTORY IT MAY BE BEAT NOW BUT WAS 21 DAYS, I CALLED THEM EVERY 5 MINS ASKING FOR THE STATUS OF THE OFFERS ECT ( I AM LAID OFF )  SO I HAD ALL THE TIME  ON THE 21ST DAY THEY CALLED MY NEWREALTOR ASKING FOR DOCS I CALLED THEM UP AFTER I FOUND OUT AND TOLD THEM EITHER APPROVE THE SALE FOR 10,000 MORE THEN THE ASKING PRICE OR YOU WILL HAVE A  FOUNDATION LEFT, 36 MINS LATER I GOT OUT FROM UNDER NEITH OF HOUSE THEY APPROVED IT , DONT GIVE UP I GAVE UP TOO AND GOT TIRED OF THERE B******T, BUT READ EVERY DOCUMENT CLOSE THEY HAVE A PAGE HIDDEN IN THE PAPERS THAT IF U MISS UR PAYMENT BY 1 SECOND THEY HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO KICK IN THE DOOR AND THROW UR STUFF OUT  (WATCH WHAT U SIGN)

 AND X CITI MORTGAGE CONSUMER, AND CUSTOMER

  Wells Fargo does not own Citi.  They are two separate entities.  As a matter of fact, Citi is suing Wells Fargo for $60 billion after Wells stole Wachovia out from under them a couple of years ago.

Did you also know that Wells Fargo owns citi? Also, Wells was one of 9 banks to receive Obamas bail out money! But yet they are helping very few people and making them pay 500.00 for the modefication if they get it!

    I checked out your website and I don't understand what Susan's problem is.  My best guess would be that the place where you put Vikram Pandit's contact info is right under your opening post.   It appears she thought the statement above it was purported to be from the CEO.   I wasn't confused.

    It's actually a very professional looking complaint site.  Good job.

Hi, I went through the same thing with citi mortgage. I finally said I am only speaking to one person because each rep. would have a different story, you need to get the persons name who is assigned to your case and only speak with them. They will give you their name,# and ext. Only speak with that person and if you get no where with that person then they can re-assign someone new. The first person who was in charge of my case did nothing! Finally with the second person I got my modification but get this you'll have to pay 500.00 for the modification! I thought that was crazy and they also made my mortgage higher so the last ten years I paid on my home meant nothing so in reality they double dipped in my pocket. Good luck!

How is my site a rip off?

I have no ads.  I've spent a couple of my own dollars.  I'm not asking for any $$$.  I'm not collecting any information.  I'm not using the site for my own gain, except to help get my modification done and, in the process a few thousand more.

You really don't get it do you?

There are thousands of people out there that are experiencing the same problem.  Read all about it.  Just google citi modifications and read the horror stories.

Or, Take a few precious moments of time and take a look at the site, and tell me where I am ripping anyone off. 

If you read the headers and the entire body, no place in there do I represent to be the CEO of Citi or an employee of Citi.  In fact I even claim not to be an attorney. 

I am just a fed up customer with no place else to go except to a public forum where other people who are experiencing the same dis-satisfaction and lack of respect will get a chance to contact Citi's corporate headquarters.

Thank you for your concerns, but they are completely oblivious and unjustified.

This is currently a work in progress to start a campaign against Citi mortgage.

I've reached the end of my rope with Citi as well as a lot of other folks.  And, if you would actually look at the site there is no where that I ask for ANY information.

So.  How is this Spam when you don't have to enter an e-mail address and, if you do send an e-mail address I may actually try to respond.

So, If you want to check out the website, as it is currently - more to come later, be my guest and don't sing up, because there is no-place to leave your e-mail address.  Don't sign the non-existant guest book, however, you may be counted.

Shame on you for trying to use ROR to report citi when your website is an easily detected rip off site.

When you try to rip people off, assume they are smarter than you because they are. 

One thing you are obviously too dumb to know, if you claim to be the CEO of Citi, you better be the CEO before the real Citi finds your claims.
