Should there be a way to participate in a class action suit against Citimortgage I would appreciate being included. I was sold to them by Eagle mortgage, Memphis, TN and my nightmares haven't stopped. I wanted to save the $20 fee to pay on line-- so they hold my check, make me appear to pay late, charge late fees, have raised my rates three timies in the past 11 months-- "escrow' they say -- but when my property insurance was being cancelled I ran to pay myself-- escrow for what-new boats for Citimortgage? And when my property taxes were in default-(2nd year in a row) and when I confronted them loudly-- they sent a letter == oops.

This year they say they wont take the hundreds of extra dollars in penalties and interest from my escrow-- each time I question why my insurance, taxes haven't been paid-- they raise my monthly payment-- "for escrow" Who benefits from my escrow? Certainly not me! I have a fixed rate-- but not an ethical mortgage company! I have gone to Memphis Fair Housing Center for help-- Now, Citimortgage has responded by sdaying my loan is now in default!! Nightmares!!!
