citimortgage inc citigroup Harassment- phone calls- before the payment is even late sioux falls, South Dakota

I did not choose this company, my mortgage was bought by citimortgage. I have never missed a payment. NEVER. I do admit to being a late payer, which is why i pay the late fee. However, this company starts calling my phone on the 2nd day of the month, they have called my phone over 25 times this month.

I have answered, told them when i will make the payment, and they advised me that they will continue to call until they have received the payment. I have tried to be polite. I am done with that. At what point is it harassment? and not to mention, that they keep trying to get me to do a loan modification, or send me paperwork threatening to forclosure. Really? My 305$ payment is worth all the phone calls and letters?

I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. I tell them when they call that I hate their company. I just wish someone would limit the number times they can call my phone. I sent a letter asking them to only contact me by mail....that did no good at all. If you have a mortgage with this company prepare for constant calls and threats of forclosure, even if you are only a couple weeks late.
