Coldwell Banker AKA Karen Sutton realtor Condominium not as advertised Ocean City Maryland

 I reserved unit 604 of the Plaza condominium, 9800 Coastal Hwy, Ocean City, MD through Karen Sutton in 1/2013 with very specific requests including at least a queen sized bed in the master bedroom. The unit is outdated and the description of bedding is not accurate. I called the realtor, Karen Sutton, immediately upon check in as the door handle was broken off leading to the balcony, the blinds in the master bedroom were lying on the floor, the screen door from the master bedroom to the balcony was leaning against the storm shutters and the bed which was supposed to be a queen was a full. The CB realtor was rude and not interested in helping us, her response was that the owners said the bed was a queen. I replied they could say anything they wanted to but that did not make it true. I asked to be moved to another unit and she said the owners would not refund my money. She said this was impossible and that we had to live with the bedding set up that we did not want. We had already paid $300 per night in full! Obviously not in place to protect the renter, very disappointed.  The handle was fixed the next day, the blinds were finally hung on Tuesday after calling again on Sunday and Monday (but were missing 2/3 of the panels so did not block light) and my husband rehung the screen door. The condo building itself was nice, clean, the security and staff working there were very polite and helpful. We may stay at that building again but not unit 604 and never again with Coldwell banker.
