They are using the same tatics with us as on all the other reports. We have also had phone calls from one of their employees Andre Gamblin from his personal number, as late as 11pm. First off, yeah we were a month behind, but thats no excuse for all their harrassment. Then to let an employee take our numbers to his home, and call us personally, is just way wrong. It was the same name as when they called, and the same name on the caller id for his personal phone.
Then they started blocking their calls, and because we have security screen on our home phone, they have keyed in my husbands work phone number or his cell number. Well its easy to tell its them, because a * comes up in front of our city and state, instead of who is actually calling. They have scared our children with the threatening also.
When told to come and get the car, they don't want it. Geez, they really need to make up their minds

phone calls

as a fellow collector, the only time you have to use other tactics to call a customer is if THEY ARE AVOIDING YOUR CALLS. Just answer the phone and tell them whats going on. No reason the person should be calling from a personal line or that late at night. Report that to the police. There are restrictions on how many times you can call in a day/week when you speak to the person. Trust you dont what to give the car back because it goes to an auction, (they arent a dealership just a finance company)....and then you owe a remaining bal. No one knows what it sells for at the dealership, even they have no control. So cheaper to keep her. LOL. If you still dont want to answer your phone to explain, get the mailing address and send a cease/desist letter listing every number not to call. Hope it helps.
